Pioneer rewards?

    Hi,

    I took part in the pioneer program before the game's launch a few years ago, and I also played at launch. I was speaking with a buddy that was also in the technical alphas/pioneer, and he received in-game loot as a reward. It was a set of sails. I was just wondering what the criteria was to get these sails? As I said, I was in the pioneer program, and took part in the various alpha flights on PC before launch. But I didn't receive anything. I'm not too fussed about it, as I'm just getting back into the game after a few years (I've bought the Anniversary edition), and there's so much more content get to through and things to collect. But I was just curious as to whether there was something specific you had to do to claim your pioneer program reward on PC? Any suggestions would be most welcome.

    All i know is that these alpha testers got a game code to use. Once used they got their in game title and sails. How they obtained the code i don’t know. As far as I know they all received it in their mail. The mail adres used in alpha test

    I have an email from 19/03/2018 saying I would be getting a message in the next two weeks with details on how to access my Founder bonuses.

    I can't see an email with a code and I probably wouldn't have deleted it, so I suspect it may have been sent directly to my Xbox account in a message

    The sails and title were for alpha participación, nothing to do with Pioneers.

    I am a Founder and a former Pioneer, my Founder Sails and title were also not registered and i got it after i opened a ticket at Rare Support.
    So if you are a Founder and miss your Founder Sails and Brave Vanguard Title, then you need to contact Rare Support, they've tracked it and give you your items.

    @wizen-wolf-bain You needed to have played in the Alpha (regardless of being a Pioneer or not) before December 1st 2017 in order to get them.

    If you qualified but didn't get them, it's worth raising a support ticket to see if Rare can help you out.

    Thanks. I'll get in contact with Rare. I played the first technical alpha. My friend also played, and he just told me that he received a message from Xbox with a code in it, which enabled him to redeem his item. I'll raise a ticket now. I'm not too worried, but I've just bought the game to get back into it, the sails do look pretty cool!

    @wizen-wolf-bain They're one of my favourites, though they don't really go well with many other ship cosmetics (Hunter hull is a pretty good choice though).
