Any Pirate Legends go back and do the Maiden Voyage?

    I was a day one player, got PL within the 1st year and return every now and then to the game.

    I noticed this Maiden Voyage button at the lower left recently and thought ‘meh, just a lame tutorial’. I went and read up on it and saw there is treasure and doubloons to be had, 25k gold and 200 doubloons...not bad, so I decided to 100% the achievement associated with the Maiden Voyage and find everything....

    I gotta say, this was far more than a tutorial, this was a very well done mini-Adventure that just felt great all the way to the rolling credits introducing the full game. WoW, just awesome!

    Great way for new players to get a feel for what Sea of Thieves gives the gamer!

    Well done, very well done!

    Not a Pirate Legend, but a day one player. (Not counting the alpha and beta)

    And I for sure played the Maiden Voyage and agree 100%. A first class little adventure that sets up new pirates nicely and brings a tear to the eye of old sea dogs like us.

    Agree guys, PL here, I did the maiden voyage as soon as it came out, just to have a look, ignoring dobloons and coins.

    Well I was surprise, great adventure and a complete tutorial.

    Alpha beta day 1 PL first year Athena 10 and more awesome in person ( jesus the list is long) hahahah and i must that this voyage was amazing!
    Such a good step its my favorite tall tale after the Shores of gold but the story was so cool and exciting they did a great job with this tall tale.

    Heck yeah, It was awesome sauce! And that panoramic cutaway at the end was pretty too. Bonus I got gold and dubloons for my curiosity. Although that key was a pain in the aft to find lol.

    I think I'm going to run through it again for the Row, Row, Row, Your Boat shanty lol

    Wish we could have that in the main game 🎼🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶

    Got PL somewhere halfway during this years anniversary and now slowly getting towards Athena lvl 9. But yes same for me, I really enjoy the maiden voyage.
    It also showed what the shroud actually looks like, I am imaginating that all those ships are from other pirates (or even GMU) trying to find their way into the sea of thieves but did not succeed in doing so.
    Besides that I got lucky when I did the maiden voyage for the first time, I completed it on the day that the game offered double doubloons (was during one of the xmas days), so I ended up getting 400 instead of 200 doubloons :) The sails and jacket are also nice addition. When I fished at the pond I gaught a bright pondie! I felt sad because I could not sell that one as it was the last one I needed. Till this day I've not seen a bright pondie :(

    I did. It wasn't very exciting as an adventure. But it was well done. And it was especially nice to explore a new island for a change.

    Did it without caring about the gold or doubloons tbh...

    It was well put together. Why wouldn't I, and why shouldn't anyone despite how long they've been around
