@captaincake2727 There are many ways you can do this. The fastest is probably doing forts and fleet voyages. Though, as a PLA10, I would advise you to not be in a big hurry. Enjoy the adventure. Get there when you get there. I only say this because the only thing you gain when you become PL is the ability to buy your own Athena voyages, and some cosmetics. But neither are truly worth it. The Athena voyages get tiresome after a while. And very few people wear the cosmetics for PL or even Ghost because Rare has introduced many other sets that are even better.
If you want to level up fast, the best way is forts. But as I said, take your time and enjoy the adventure.
