Legendary hair dye

I was just wondering where the rest of the PL hair dyes are. I go to the PL hideout and can only find some of them but not all that were advertised. The hair dyes that are missing are deep sea hair, nature’s bounty hair and others. The beast black hair and forsaken ashen hair are there. Were the other dyestaken out cause i have pictures and video of people having these hair dyes. Anyway hope I get an answer to this.
