Infinite loading Screen.

    Ever since the newest update "seabound soul" my friend has been having an infinite loading screen when trying to join me. ill also add in that my loading screens have also been a bit longer since the new update but my friend cannot join me because of this. please help.

    she said she put in a ticket but has yet to hear anything back. and its not just when shes trying to join me. its every loading screen that she comes across. they all take WAY longer than they should.
