Signed-up for the insider program, never got an e-mail. So far this friends event isn't so friendly...
Not getting the e-mails.
@headspace-cools Ahoy matey!
It does seem like the emails/website are struggling at the moment so emails are taking longer than they usually would to reach pirates.
It's also worth checking that the mail hasn't gone into your spam/junk/promotions folder.
You may want to try the following to see if it fixes your email verification issue, but it is not guaranteed to help.
- Head to www.seaofthieves.com/account
- Change your contact email to something else
- Change it back once more to your preferred email
- Request a new verification email
If the above does not help, it is worth reaching out to support to see if they can help you out with verifying your email address.
@ther0llingtide I am experiencing the exact same thing. I even tried to send it to my live mail, my outlook mail, and my google mail. None of them ever get the email.
@musicmee The form specifically requests an e-mail be manually entered in order to generate the codes... how on earth would my profile's e-mail account matter? They do match, regardless.
I've checked the spam folder... nada.
I love this game, I hate how every new thing just has to arrive broken. Makes me wonder what the point is of the pioneer program...
@headspace-cools Ahoy again matey!

Just a quick note to all with this issue that have tried the fix but still have an issue.
When/if you change your email to "something different" don't actually put in an email simply type in anything (single word or random letters works) then save it. After this change it again this time though to the actual email address you want to use then request verification.
This was how i got myne to work a while back, note if i changed the email to another actual email it never allowed me to verify.
