How long is the Forsaken Shores event running for, and..
@lucky-13-x (I can't seem to enter any body in my post here. ) But also does that mean that the Cursed Sails commendation with killed cursed skeletons and doing missions with Reaper flag will continue?

Forsaken Shores will run for another two weeks and will introduce Cargo Runs this week, the commendations, doubloons and titles will all be earnable after the event is over, however, the time limited clothes and ship liveries will not.
@lucky-13-x yes, you can get all the commendations and doubloons but not any of the time limited items that are sold in the Bilge Rat shop.

The cursed sails commendations will continue to be achievable in the future too!
@musicmee Ok, I already have the weapons and ships items I can get from the Bilge Rat NPC. I can go to sleep easy then. Was worried the server was resetting at 4AM CST tonight. I just lack two Forsaken Shore Gold Hoarder missions turned in for the clothing & equipment items.
And I already knew that event items can still be unlocked after the event is over.
However, I just only care about losing out on the Dubloons as I need those for future Bilge rat missions. I hated that I only had 6 mermaids to go for the kill 100 commendation, then server shut down for update. Speaking of which? Where have the Mermaid Statue commendations gone? It is no longer in my records even though I have all the titles??
Also, when this week is the Week 3 event with the Cargo Runs starting??

Edit: Reading thru the other suggestions I'm piecing together the "commendations"... part of the question.
The Mermaid Statues have been removed from the game play for the meantime.
Believe they were causing an issue with the update.
They will return, once they can be safely reintroduced, as will their commendations.To quote from the release notes:
"Mermaid Statues have been temporarily disabled due to performance issues.
Improvements to this are being investigated, and the intention is to re-enable these as soon as possible."Ok, thanks for responding @PirateCraggy regarding the Mermaid statues. I already have all the commendations & titles, I just missed out on the dubloons because the update happened and the server shut down. I was more worried about others missing out on the experience for that. Glad to know it will be coming back at some point.
Regarding Forsaken Shores. I just loaded up the game and Thank Goodness the Golden Devils Voyager & related commendations and titles are still there. I was worried I had lost my chance at 45 dubloons, when the server shut down just as I & my crew were about to dig up my final chest for the required 5th Gold Hoarder mission.
Finally, not sure why I was not able to add a body/message to my initial post. Had to use the Reply function.

Sorry if I was clear before regarding your post. But I always get all the items in the Bilge Rat shop that Duke offers. It's finishing the requirements to get the commendations that give out 30 to 50 dubloons that I always have a had time with. Next up is all these new ones and past hard ones like Legendary Cursed Voyager and Legend of Cursed Iron.
