Man, I should have done that but I felt the tenous nature of bringing 3 other crews with you was better. We all got together for a common purpose, getting them thrones.

I actually enjoy teamwork with other crews as well. Megaladon fight was great with strangers for me. I would always see people asking on the forums how to get two boats on the same server so I figured this might be a good time to show an example : )

I was wondering the same thing and couldn't find out anywhere. All I saw was people saying it wasn't enough or it wasn't alot. I wanted to know exactly what that means : ) Glad I could pass that along to other wondering the same thing!

@sneakler Made it to Marauders arch with another guy. Landed on the throne on the first shot. My partner spent about a half an hour with no luck and eventually had to get off. I sat on the throne afk and went to sleep. Go to check on the character six hours later and find myself in the afterlife with a message in the inbox thirty mins prior "sit down".

@sneakler Got a tip for those heading to the uncharted isle to sit on the throne. I found a shortcut into the area where the throne is at. While above water look for a section of a wrecked ship resting out of the water. Swim to it then look down, while in the water, and there will be a hole. That hole joins the underwater tunnel to the cavern. I found this while heading back out from the throne room. Swam and saw wood from a ship wreck and noticed a hole and followed it up and out in to the open air. Beats going the long way.

A bit annoyed I make my way back on top of the throne and wait...
I go afk and do some stuff around the house. I return after several hours to find my last quest complete AND my character is still ALIVE!
Someone(s) came by, sat down and left without killing me OR sinking my ship!
I guess the seas are friendlier than I thought...
I wonder how many players my lazy pirate helped 🤔

Congratulation lol. I may have made it look easy in the video but the truth is, Dubs made it up there in 5 minutes and had to wait about 30 minutes for me to get up there lol. I can't imagine making it up there and people abandoning me. It can be a frustrating one for sure.

The second time took some work and my partner was probably a kid(at least I hope so or he has an odd living situation) so his parents told him to get off.
I figured if I was already up there I might as well wait...i might get lucky and help out some solo player in the process. It worked but what I was most surprised about is that no one killed me.
Your vid was quite helpful. I hope you don't mind some feedback though. I would use the coordinates for all locations, even of you have the name of the island. It's just so much more exact and saves a bunch of time for people who don't have the map memorized. Second, if you can help it, make your vids in the day time (in the game). One of your clips were at night and it was difficult to make out the where you were.
Great work though. Keep it up.

You are 100% correct in your criticisms of not showing a quick snapshot of the map or throwing the coordinates out. It was a my first attempt at making a guide and it could have been way more in-depth. Also, night time clips especially on the XBOX ONE X are a nightmare. You can't even see, in game or in the video.
Thanks for the compliment though and all feedback is welcome here as long as people aren't rude. Have only had one or two people be disrespectful in their feedback which is actually a very low number when you think about the amount of trolls there are in the world : )

Yeah I never really thought about this but I can't imagine what it is like for people just picking up the game. That is why I do my best to give new players a pass when I see them out sailing. Especially when simple things like cancelling a gold hoarders mission that only has one chest on a huge island. It might take a new player 45 minutes to find one chest and I feel so terrible knowing that sometimes they go through that entire process and then someone shows up and sinks their boat : (
