Banana Challenge!

    I have successfully had a friendly encounter when extending my banana to another crew aboard a Galleon!!!

    I managed to board their boat while they were completing an Order of Souls mission. They were all surprised to see me and approached guns drawn. I extended my banana and they extended one back. We swapped bananas and went our separate ways.

    Favorite encounter in the game thus far. The power of a simple banana is immeasurable!!!

    I highly recommend giving this a go and seeing what happens XD

    @a-trusty-mango Thanks! I did my best to show my thought process as I was going through it instead of talking to it. The dagger was definitely the hardest bit to add so I'm glad it was worth the trouble

    Just tried this. It didn't work for me, but I will persist.

    Thought a sloop would be receptive to it, they sailed towards Golden Sands where I was docked. I had just turned in everything and I didnt intend on even talking to the sloop as it looked as if they might be hostile.

    But I got a "Looking Good" and a reply of "Ahoy" when I "Ahoy"ed him. Anchor down, cannon over the water by his boat... shot dead. Unfortunate...

    I'm a non agressive player anyway so I kept trying... There was no loss in trying. He was a buccaneer, so I suspect he thought he might be in the money or under threat.

    I am not detered. I shall continue to try! lol good times.

    @aliasmask ahoy there! Yeah thanks for not killing me - While editing I realized that you had flanked me relatively early and that's where the first voice came from. Well now that I think of it this video does answer your questions XD
    The 'hi' - I was very surprised the shark didn't take a bite out of me, think it was a friendly too :)

    We were just talking about the mermaid in the water near our boat when you showed up, but you did a good job sneaking aboard. You saw me checking the water around our boat with me not realizing you were already on board. When I saw you from the front of the boat I let everyone know you were on board and I ran up and flanked you. But knowing that the banana is the international symbol of peace I decided not to act.

    Successfully completed a Banana Challenge today. Solo Sloop.

    Had a friendly pirate approach while I was at Mermaids. We exchanged a Banana. Then I invited him to my crew (he offered to help) and we did a Legendary Voyage together.
