FPS and PING Synced?

Ok so when I have fps drops in sea of thieves its because my ping is high. My ping is 60-below= 60-100 frames on Rare. Ping goes 70 and above= 20-30 frames. What is going on at Rare right now. If people have bad ping that shouldn't affect the frames but it does. I was wondering why it was running so bad but now I know. I would love if they could fix this weird issue. I have never in my time of gaming seen something like this.
