Black Dog and Ferryman clothing set

  • I still didn't see the Black Dog and Ferryman Clothing Set in the game, although i have already redeemed the codes. Please Help.

  • Yeah im in the same boat :) When i redeem code it says i already own content yet when i go look in cosmetics chests theres nothing new in there even after they promised to fix this in this new patch.

  • @NotableMoney917 did you try going to the actual vendor in game to see if they are available for 0g? as the day 1 eye patch is the same.. special limited item you have to add to your personal inv through the in game merchant.. i don't know if thats the actual cause as i didn't pre order but i just put 2 and 2 together..

  • @darrkravyn Nahh, I have both sets and they were automatically added to my inventory. I got the black dog code just before the release of the game and got ferryman about a minute after I redeemed the code (as soon as I logged in to the game).

  • @darrkravyn i specifically followed the guided instruction they posted to me in a support request reply. I have checked and done everything possible my side they are simply not there.

  • I got my ferryman outfit/gear about 24hrs after I put in the code. I'm sure you have done so but make sure to check your vanity and clothing chest on the ship.

  • I don't have the Black Dog or Mercenary gear after the patch either, even though codes were redeemed last week.

  • I did everything and looked into everywhere in the game, nothing, no Black Dog no Ferryman :( . I redeemed both codes before launch.

  • I started to wondering is it because i have share-account to my brother.
    I really tried everything i could, uninstall and reinstall the game, still no luck.

  • @pal-in-xbox-one I bought the game day 1 through game pass and it said this game includes the black dog outfit and the stuff and i never got the code.

  • Where are you getting the code from? I pre-order via the Windows 10 stores months before release and have yet to receive anything.

  • After submitted the ticket a few days ago, they just Copy and Paste the words from the support page to me, without really reading what i told them.
    I still didn't get my items today.
    I'm so disappointed.

  • If you guys are playing on PC, make sure the account you are logged in as on the MS store is the exact same as the account where you redeemed your codes. If you aren't sure, log on the MS website to check your purchases there.

    also, I'm sure i redeemed the codes on my account.

  • Tried everything, Reinstall the game on my X, tried play it on my old Xbox one , tried play it on my PC. Items still didn't slow up.
    2 weeks after the game launch now,I'm so disappointed.

  • Glad and sad to see it's not just me. Support seems to be useless on this matter as well. I've opened 3 separate tickets with support each a week apart. 2 claimed to be solved the third is still open.....still no items is there a way to contact a manager or supervisor that will actually pretend to give a damn about the issue?

    Love this game, but everytime i went to the chest and look into it, that feeling just sucks. Start wondering what i bought that SOT controller for

  • @pal-in-xbox-one I know what you mean. Worst part too is my friend I usually play with bought it the same as me, same platform same place but claimed it days earlier and he has had it the whole time....i cant even forget about it

  • The downloadable content is permanently added to the account you redeemed the code on.
    You can't gameshare it with any other account.
    Only the account it was redeemed on will see the content.

  • The support realy sucks' i have had no issue with the black dog' and i got the mercenary a couple of days ago from ebay since im on pc i didn't need the xbox live 3 months so i just bought the code for the merc pack.Also no problems with my founders sail code and title..
    But tbh this is something they should be handling' they should have a team to sort this out on a persoanal level and not just copy and pasting c**p.

    I realy like this game but there is no real interaction from the team to the community' there dosn't seem to be a community team that answers questions on the forums and most of all with the problems you guys are having they need to get ontop of this sort of thing as the game has had enough bad publicity..

  • @ghostwolfviking I am 100% sure i redeemed the code on my account. I redeemed them on my Xbox.
    Of course i told them.
    I do have game shared to my brother, but none of us got the items.

  • By any chance is one able to game share the ferry man loot with another fellow?
