Please for the love of god help me. I pre-ordered the game and I haven't been able to play the game PERIOD. Every time I load the game I'm stuck at "Loading supplies".

  • Tried multiple troubleshoots, I still can't play. Please help, I'm stuck at "Loading supplies" every time I boot up the game and I've had this problem since the start of Launch! I've never been able to play and I'm a pre-order. ;(

    Yeah. Similar problem but when I try to enter game I get a "KiwiBeard" error. Dunno what to do. I sent e-mail to support.

    Game was bought a month ago, I joined a Insider programm but I dont see SoT game in Xbox Insider on app in PC (my platform).

    Any solutions?

  • @yum-feed-me If your antivirus is Comodo, I think I read a while ago ago that disabling it did not work.

  • I hope this helps you all. I had the same issue with the loading supplies glitch. Thought it was my antivirus. It ended up being my modem/router security settings. I had to log in to the modem. ex: 192.168.0.2. once in there set all security standards to low.

    If you include a wildcard (*) in the exception rule, like:

    C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.Wasserburg_* the rule will PERSIST."

    but yeah, i agree , i really wish they would have done a full on open beta, and then waited to release the game and fix all of the issues.

  • So the only acner we raly get is unstall COMODO . but for those that have no COMODO thares is no fix it seems. Which is starting to irritate me quite a bit at this point since everyone tells me to usnistall COMODO!!!

    1: I suggest trying to play before 11AM PST when servers are under less stress.

    2: IF! your playing on PC SOT uninstall game and redownload what i have had to do to fix several problems. Good luck

  • @rumwizard ive uninstalled so many times already, still nothing. w*f is going on... 4 days i havent been able to log in the game. i try to log in during off peak times (late night early morning) but still nothing.

    Regarding the issue with not being able to log in, please file a support ticket so that our team can best assist you. They will work with you on a personal basis to find out what's going on. Be sure to let them know what you have already tried, and that the solution in the article didn't resolve it for you.

    Wonder why I took this to the forums?? This is why! I literally BOUGHT YOUR GAME and they can't even bother to read my ticket and answer me properly.

    I bought the game and haven't been able to log in AT ALL. DO YOU NOT REALIZE THE PROBLEM WITH THAT?

    I like how they put "solved" on the ticket.

  • I'm having the same problem, haven't been able to log in at all yet. So going to miss the Day 1 patch as well as the feeling of having wasted my money since I've never gotten past the loading screen. Did every fix listed everywhere I could find them. Shut down AV, reinstall, reboot, change log in to local, update XBox app, update XBox insider, update drivers, update Win 10. game still either locks up at the "loading supplies" area of the loading screen, or gives me a daffodilbeard error. I'm posting this here because I put in a ticket day 1, and got a response that was basically "Kicking this up the chain to another team". Now it's Sunday morning so about 5 days with no additional response.

    So for people like us, this really is the only avenue we have left. If we're being told to talk to the support team and they're not doing anything for half a week for us, it totally feels like you don't give a damn about our issue.

    I get it, there's been a ton of issues and the team is pushing to fix everything. But 5 days with not even a "Hey, we're sorry but we're working at it"? Players unable to log in EVER isn't addressed at all when you do the posts on patches and repairs. So it looks to us that we're just not important. You have our money already so we can just wait. That may not be what it is, but its sure as #@$% what it feels like.

  • So I have to agree with the sentiment that even with a ticket submitted on Day 1 this issues seems to be simply getting ignored. Frankly, I understand that correcting a bug facing large numbers of players is important and a priority but even having the customer service team issue a generalized "Tickets are being delayed as we address server wide issues" would have been better than the complete lack of a response regarding the issue over the course of 5 days.

    Rare, you are better than this! You have put out YouTube videos keeping your player base informed about the problems, the steps you are taking to fix them and the work around to help in the interim, ON THIS GAME. I know you are better than leaving paid customers with no response for a week. Trust me, I'm not going to denounce you, or talk about the game being horrible because of a mistake in customer service, nor do I even expect that my issue is more important than the hundreds of thousands of players affected by the bugs you are working hard to address. I just want some reassurance that my bug will get fixed, that I will get a chance to earn the "Day 1 Patch" which was denied to me by a bug, that I will get a chance to play the game I paid for and am still here supporting despite it's not working. I believe in Rare and Sea of Thieves, don't waste that faith by continuing to make this mistake.
