    Pretty certain that pack is meant for the full-release.

    Meanwhile, beta users are having issues still with the "too early" error which they are aware of and are trying to fix.

    I think we might have a slight language barrier. The black dog pack is meant for the FULL RELEASE of the game, which is not out yet. That drops in March... which is when your pack should unlock. Until then, if you get access to the beta, you will not have access to the black dog pack. Any other support questions should probably be submitted through the support system since the forums aren't much of a "Technical Help" resource.

    I doubt you've been hosed by Rare. Just relax, submit a support ticket, and be patient.

    You will get a message on your Xbox live account with the redemtion code. Depending on when you bought the game, you may already have it, or need to wait longer:

    @shyguy80bln @Player276457246 @eapenster If you haven't received a code by the 23rd, all I can suggest is submitting a ticket at Rare's support site. Not xbox. Xbox support isn't totally sure what they can do about the problem themselves, though you're welcome to try.

    @lordkai385 Rare has stated on the "Preordered" support site that due to high volume of items being redeemed at once, servers were stressing and the game was bugging out so they disabled the items from arriving to newly entered codes until the patch to settle the problem without crashing the entire game.

    Well, I would like to know what happened with my black dog set? I've been playing (as I could with both lag and bugs) please rare, I gave my vote of trust with you and they are failing me, T.T
