Why can I per-order SoT???
@ghost101mm are you having issues pre-ordering and you mean that you “can’t” preorder? If so what country are you in, some countries are not able to preorder the game.
@ghost101mm what is the error you’re receiving? If you’re preordering through the Microsoft Store you will likely been to contact them for assistance.

@ghost101mm that’s likely just the error code, usually their contact information is on their support page in order to contact them.
There should be a number listed there. I just call Bill Gates whenever I have an issue though. You might have to do a little more research to get his number.
You could also try going through their website. There's suggestions for solutions, live chats, discussion boards, and other means to resolving problems listed on their support site:
Expect someone from India or the Philippines as those are usually who I speak with on the phone or live chats. Be patient and don't expect an easy solution lol
