In my opinion, it is difficult to obtain the items from the affiliate program; personally, I don't have a server of my own in my country that would give me a real chance, and in other communities, winning is impossible. I’ve also noticed that players who have already won participate again, which isn't fair to the other players. I had an unpleasant experience here; I think something needs to change.
Too bad the average player will never own it ,will likely never have the chance to win one of these, even though they probably play the game more than the players who actually own these cosmetics.!

@k3ckerr I don't understand how having a server in your country has anything to do it with it really. They give these items out on twitch all the time when watching the affliate alliance channels when they do their giveaways on stream. You just have to be in the stream to participate. Someone can't win twice so no one that has already won it can enter.

What @Elmo6842 said is absolutely sound and helpful advice. I guess you weren't looking for a solution here though, but an echo chamber to express your gripe against Rare? Also, anyone can reply to any thread they wish. If you disagree with that fact, don't make a post about anything.
