Raids need to change.

    I’m doing a FoF and mid fight it despawns and the new event spawns because someone decided to dive to it. Why????

    Not only that, but when a world event pops up there’s no way to know if it’s a raid voyage and the rewards are terrible for raid voyages and it’s a huge waste of time thinking it’s a normal event only to pop the vault and it’s a raid voyage.

    I think raid voyages should spawn alongside world events and not replace them, and I think their cloud/marker should be colored so we know it’s a raid voyage, each event cloud could be tinted according to what ever the company is, gold hoarder raids = gold, OoS = purple, Merchant = blue, Athena would have to be white or something since the tornados are already green.

    People only gets in with their raid voyage when the current event goes down, it doesn't force-end it.

    Did you leave the FoF area? no way you were actively fighting it on the island and it despawns just like that.

    True, but who cares? It counts toward WE completions :P

    and the rewards are terrible for raid voyages and it’s a huge waste of time

    For people who claim to have everything and done everything, it should be least worried about thing. Rewards that go toward faction of choice. Not a waste of time, unless your not a true pirate. Loot is Loot. (Especially when your stealing it)

    I got with a name change.
    When you approach the event, the title card tells you if its Raid or Not.

    BUT, the not knowing makes it a mystery. Its suppose to encourage you to Fight whom ever is there over the fort.
    If they named/Color coded the WE....nobody will really contest Raids, because of this issue you claim.
    So once you arrive at the WE and its a Raid...you might as well fight for it, get the commendations if you havnt so, or just PvP.

    @itz-majman I wasn’t the only one there, I was solo sloop and a brig was there. I was literally fighting a guy from the brig on the island because they were trying to steal the fort when I heard the FoF sound and seen the skull appear, looked up and the FoF cloud was gone, killed the player ran straight to the vault and it was wide open and empty.

    I sailed over to the other event and it was a raid voyage. I did talk to the guys on the brig that I was fighting afterwards and they were just as confused as I was.

    @burnbacon I’m on PC I don’t record everything, and I don’t have clipping software to capture what happened. I’m not raising a support ticket so I don’t need footage, and it’s the one and only time I’ve seen it happen.

    All I’m saying here is that raid voyages need to spawn alongside real world events, I can’t think of any reason why they couldn’t. Rare actually had it planned once to have two world events active at a time years ago but for some reason scrapped it.
