Allowing Multiplayer on Safer Seas

So offline mode? Or that new thing they plan for 2026 where in SS you can invite friends on a fleet?

SS fleets will basically be this but you will still need an XBL/PSN sub to play with people online on consoles even within this mode.

Yes basically offline mode in a way. If you have a console but don't have xbox gamepass or a PS5 without PS online you can only play the game alone on ss.

Nothing wrong with that it makes sence that high seas would be locked if u don't have a online subscription, but the fact that you can't play with friends on ss without it just because you're vividly refusing to buy said subscription services wich for example on PS ain't cheap is quite sad.

Shouldn't you ask Xbox or PS instead; don't think Rare can change the multi-player policies connected to the consoles, making solo safer seas available without needing the subscription is I think all they could do.

I think they should allow local play if you're on the same network for safer seas
