Report system is compeletly stuck in 1996.

Every 3rd game in Hg there is player flying in the air and shooting down whole crew.

Ok....

but its kinda unplayable nowadays.

So..Hourglass is unplayable or the whole game? Im confused.

If you're trying to get someone banned, it's for the best that you have to submit proof.
I've found recording through Xbox gamebar is easy enough to do. Whenever I've made a report, I've submitted time /timezone /a short video and text report. Make their job easy if you want anything to change.

1996 you say? 1996 was actually very different for online gaming, if you could even call it that. The internet was just copper telephone lines, painfully slow and prone to constant threat of interruption. Many games (like Quake) would connect players directly, with one of the players acting as the server. So cheating was between friends a lot of the time.
To say the report system is 'like' 1996, is more like saying there isn't one.

@burnbacon Sorry for confusing you Mr. PVE LORD. I think u never met a cheater when digging up captain chests.

@smuntface 1996 was irony, but this system its kinda joke. Why cant u even check all of your reports somewhere with gamertag and reason maybe. You cant even copy-paste the report ID. Its a joke. In other games u can check your live tickets even if they do nothing with them like Rare does. In addition u must install a kernel-level software from which a lot of people afraid of, but u still face cheaters almost every game. Furthermore a lot of cheat software features could be solved easily with server side solutions ( like they disabled cannon teleporting ), for example flying, insta revive, insta offer, insta repair, magic bucket etc etc etc. I think its a shame that hobby coders can overwrite the paramaters / files of a game of a 3.15$ billion company ( no money to solve the problem? ) even with ( third party) EAC running on every users PC.

It would be nice if they could also have a system that punishes players who use slurs in chat without us needing to take a screenshot of it and make a post on a website about it describing the issue. At least let us report in game. Every game has it.
