Ahoy there!
I play solo a lot of the time, and it would make my Sea of Thieves gaming experience much better if there was a smaller ship which one person could manage more easily. For example, having just one cannon near the middle of the ship, which could be turned from port to starboard(and straight ahead). Also to have the wheel on the same level of the ship as the cannon. The smallest ship currently available, the Sloop, is difficult to manage for one pirate. I play with just one hand because of a disability; a smaller ship would make every solo pirate's life so much more enjoyable, and much more accessible for someone like me.
Yours hopefully, PirateFriend576
Smaller ship please for solo pirates
Small, large, size is frankly beside the point.
The solo ship and the duo ship should not be the same ship. The gally is designed for 4.
The brig is designed for 3.
The sloop is... less well designed due to the fact they had to account for two different crew sizes. So there should be a ship specifically designed for 2 and a different ship specifically designed for 1, allowing both to be better designed than a ship that has to be used for both.
@the-old-soul800 If you don't think the sloop is a comfortable 1 player ship, you need to play more. Duo sloop is honestly the easiest way to play in the entire game. I have never felt tension while playing duo sloop, the tension I have felt in solo is so thick a cutlass would glance off of it. The ship OP wants is basically a buffed cannon rowboat, which seems so pointless. No ship is outright "made for" any number of players. I have effectively played solo galleon even in hourglass. Every boat works more efficiently with more players, but a skilled duo on a galleon can still effectively use it, and even solos can still get some acceptable utility out of them.
