    Back with your next mission.......lets see what you can come up with!

    Winner of this competition will be able to choose 2 from the following cosmetics...
    The Gilded Phoenix Ship Set, Gilded Phoenix Weapons, the Obsidian 6 pack and Obsidian Capstan!

    Show me your worst screenshot from the Sea of Thieves.

    To add you screenshot, upload it to a photo hosting site (like IMGUR ImgBB or FreeImage) then copy/paste the link straight into your text box on its own line.
    There is only ONE winner (unless otherwise stated) regardless of how many are in your pic. You post it, you’re in with a winning chance :)
    Note that only your first screenshot will be accepted, all others will be ignored/deleted, and it must be posted in the competition thread. Please make sure screenshots taken are your own work. Should any winning screenshot be found to have been posted under false pretences, cosmetics earned can and will be removed.
    Failure to adhere to the rules will get you a time out on the naughty step.
    Only one entry may carry your GT.
    A picture will usually be added to give an idea of what is required for the mission.

    No editing, apart from cropping, allowed please.

    Deckhand decision on the winning screenshot is final.
    Codes will now be applied direct to the winning Gamertag :D
    Should you be trying to win for a friend please add that request to your post. :)

    Anything smutty will be removed as we are a family friendly forum.

    COMPETITION WILL NOW RUN FOR 2 WEEKS FROM NOW ON.

    Entries will be taken up until Monday 11th august 2025.
    Locking the thread around 4pm GMT
    Winners and honourable mentions usually posted Tuesday after competition closes.

    Oh, just a casual day after work. log on to my fav. game, excited to roam the seas and see what grief- I Mean joy I can bring other players.

    Only to then see "it".

    Everything sounds the same, but I'm met with a void of white only to turn around and see what my ship had become.

    I stumbled with disbelief to see my feared sloop made from the tears of sweats only to be... Whatever that is.

    I gained the powers of flight as my ears heard the gurgles of swimming and made my advance to what sounded like my boat.

    minutes pass as I laughed and cried, only to finally in the confusion have my game boot me out and finally notice...

    "servers down for maintenance..."

    These images still bring me shivers to my timbers.

    I fear no meg, but that thing... It scares me.

    I just witnessed the craziest strat in Sea of Thieves history.

    I'm on deck, mid-fight, trying to hold it together when suddenly — BOOM — this guy flies through the sky out of a cannon like a maniac. Mid-air, he nails me with a firebomb, setting me ablaze instantly.

    Before I can even reach for a bucket — THUMP — he lands right in front of me, dead-on target. And just when I think it can't get any worse...

    He pukes on me.
    On purpose.
    While I'm on fire.

    Now I'm blind, can't aim, can’t bucket, can't see a thing through the green vomit dripping down my screen. Pure chaos.

    This man weaponized bait and firebombs to shut me down.
    Respect.
