Game on Steam, Key on Xbox

    I bought the game on Steam and now i wanted to redeem the obsidian eye of reach key, but it only works for my xbox account. I linked both accounts but the skins are not there. pls help

    You need to open the game in the store that you redeemed the key in; in this case, you need the Windows Store version.

    Your options are to get GamePass just to open the game, try to get support to help out you, or buy the game again on Windows Store (not recommended just for this).

    @zoniibis purchase it and refund it? Maybe. I don't know how forgiving or responsive Microsoft is with refunds.

    You could also sign in on an XBox that has it installed or use XCloud. As long as you authenticate from an XBox/Windows version of the game then the redeemed items will be added to your account and you can then go back to the Steam version.
