I tried deleting my saved data but it still just constantly comes up with ms link account screen. When I relink it, it tells me I'm logged into another device and to close app or wait for 2 minutes and try again, but no matter what I do it still doesn't work unless I redownload my save data but then it wants me to relink ms account again

@look-behind-you I linked my ps account to sea of thieves and right after I couldn’t get on. Is there a way to unlink it besides losing my boat and all my accomplishments?
@look-behind-you I know it says The team is still looking into the maintenance issue but are they also looking into all of the glitches that have started happening since the last update to PS5. My friends and I have had five or six instances where we spend 45 minutes to over an hour completing voyages just for Us to be logged out of the server due to network issues or have the item or enemy we need be glitched into the ground or a wall making it impossible to complete. I'm not too angry about it because I know nothing about how software development works but it is getting pretty frustrating and its starting to turn people off to the game which kills me because I love the game so much when it works
@masechanning211 The Team is always working on any and all issues. If you feel you are experiencing an issue that is new or not being worked on, you can file a bug report by submitting a support ticket via Rare Player Support.
That way they know what is a current issue and can gauge how widespread it may be.

They are working on an actual fix as quickly as possible.

People are aware there is a workaround. My issue with the workaround is, it's needed every time the app is closed. Needing to re-link your Xbox and psn accounts when you want to play SoT for a few shouldn't require deleting previous saved data on PSN side because the Xbox side is saved. Had there been even a minor beta test prior to the last patch going live, this would have been identified.
If you went to McDonalds drive through and they told you that you needed to come inside to pay and fill up your own drink, you would get frustrated. That's the same frustration that people feel when they buy a game and get told they can't play, but there's a really annoying work around.
@shadowvan227 I can totally understand everyone’s frustration specially after spending your hard earned money on buying the game.,but the only way at the moment to get into the game is by using the method shown in the video…yes it is a pain and we should definitely not have to do this..hopefully the problem will be sorted soon guys
