Maybe Gold Hoarders could sell them since that's their domain. If I'm going to battle ghost fleets, I'm not going to have many treasure chests but lots of skulls to sell.

@burnbacon I said in the OP, there's a lot of quests that result in having many trinkets, so it would help when going to sell. If you have four people on your crew, you can have up to 4 chests at a time and sell all the trinkets in no time
Absolutely yes, we need more ways to spend money and things like that, which don't give any great advantage are ideal for that.

@PithyRumble There are no sovereigns and harpoons in reapers, and a chest has other uses than selling, moving items such as ritualistic skulls to the fotd for example.
You'll probably get a few on the way collecting those r. Skulls...since they usually come in one.
If you're turning in at reapers without a harpoon rowboat you're doing it the hard way
@pithyrumble If it's in a fleet, yes, but collecting these skulls with the larina mission, or just collecting skulls from destiny, I probably won't find them.
The question is, why not? just one more thing to spend money on and that doesn’t even give you a big advantage when it comes to selling. Buy only those who want.

The precedent of using gold to buy conveniences has already been set long ago. There's no good reason these haven't been included in those QoL economy changes.
