Please, can we have Sea of Thieves Theme Music Back

    I have completed the new Monkey Island Tall Tale, and enjoyed it greatly. I have always been a fan of point-and-click style adventures from way back in the days of Myst.

    However, can we please soon lose the jangly, repetitive Monkey Island theme music behind the Sea of Thieves splash screens and menus. Such music might have been amazing in games of the 1990s, but now its just tiresome and annoying. If you select the "The Legend of Monkey Island" at the "Choose Your Experience" screen, by all means, switch to the Monkey Island theme.

    Otherwise, can we please have Robin Beanland's much more appropriate and atmospheric (and not at all annoying!) music back? Please.

    But we never really have Sot soundtrack in the main menu, maybe i remember wrong. Say what you want, but dont tell me this is worse for you than the grunting men in Season 8

    As a temporary workaround, may be you can disable the copyrighted audio from the audio settings menu. This option will silence all the Monkey Island music including the music from the main menu, but also many Shanties too. So it is not the final solution for you.

    I like that idea. And they could be even random from historical screens so we don't have every day the same screen.

    Im the other way with this, I dont ever want to load up sea of thieves and not hear the monkey island theme playing.

    I've not noticed, does each change each season?

    @foambreaker Something changes slightly, usually the music is rather...'dark' ..sort of music you would expect sailing at night in a storm (at least my feedback from what I remember) I don't even know how to describe it, it's not even a real soundtrack, some violion with some noise around.

    Where as now its very relaxing and uplifting. I don't think you need to know what is Monkey Island, that music makes you think of the Caribbean environment.

    In a couple weeks when Season 10 starts it will go to new music. For now they want to make sure players who don't log on daily are aware of the update that is 4 days old.

    I support choosing menu screens, but the MI music is certainly welcome! The last two seasons have been slow, dreary, droney tunes, it's nice to have something pleasant again! If i could choose, I would always have Season 7's title screen.

    Being able to choose which menu music plays would actually be pretty awesome, they could even add a shuffle feature so it's always a different one (would have been a great feature for Season Eight... ahaha).
