So here's the story, me and my brig crew were session hopping for FoFs and were doing this all day basically. During this time we encountered two players on un captained sloop that were clearly teleporting and magically making wholes in our ship.
Now this wouldn't be an odd ecounter for most of us everyonce in a while but for this to happen 3 times is very odd!
First time we encountered them we all leave after being blasted by their magic holes, and seeing them teleport around on our ship. We were not having that.
After that we actually did a FoF and it was fine, ecountered another sloop who wasn't hacking.
Next time we encountered the same exact hackers from before, because it was the exact same names we reported. Then it happend again right after another session hop from being dunnked.
We almost thought they were following us but it occurred to me their likely just doing the same thing as us, plus using the hacks.
Realizing that Rare should actually do something about session hopping like this. I now feel bad for session hopping because its gonna encourage hackers more.
Is there a way Rare can detect players who are session hopping as the host? Maybe some system to lock players from playing for a certain ammount of time through a beard error or something, if you session hop too quickly?
Like " HASTYBEARD " - You switched sessions too many times, wait x amount of time and come back later.
