Freezing on title screen

    As soon as i click to sign in it freezes as soon as it says "signing in for adventure" have had the issue for about 24 hours now. Wierdly it doesnt fully freeze. The animations and music stop but i can still hear the menus ambient SFX like random creaks and stuff. Ive cleared caches and reinstalled and to no avail. wipes tears
    Idk what to try now

    It also says my save data is gone in my game files.... i really hope my pirate isnt just gone whenever i get this working.. lol

    @x-anorax-x in regards to the save data. No data is stored locally. All of your pirates accomplishments, gold, reputation etc is stored online.

    Ok nvm i fixed it with a hard reset... shudders this is a brand new console :(
    Anyways should i delete this post now? Im not sure how i cant find the option anywhere

    wierdly my console wouldnt let me reset it through the menu i HAD to hold the power button.. not a good sign for a system i bought less than a month ago lol smh
