@animeowl0807 the Aristocrat model is also missing a peg leg. Which unfortunately means that the Silver and Sapphire blade sets are missing peg legs.

honestly I feel like there's more ways to dress like a sophisticated rich guy than an actual pirate.
Like you got sovereign, admiral, aristocrat, wild rose and glorious sea dog.
for actual pirate cosmetics you got mostly stuff from sailor and sea dog and like a couple of other things.
There's more ways to dress up like a pirates VICTIM than an actual pirate

Ninja is right. Doesn't seem difficult, but probably not simple or it would have been done already. Best bet for a new weapon would be the scopeless EoR. No changes needed; just a visual preference. But would give the feel of a new weapon. The only other thing I could see added is a disposable dagger/axe that can be picked up and used similar to a trident.

Where is the last general clothing recolor? I believe it was a majestic sovereign one.

Yes, the purple majestic sovereign is indeed the last of the old general cosmetic set recolors they need to add; it's now been two consecutive updates where they've added nothing instead :(

Lol. It does look good with the PL outfit pieces. Even Legendary Liz in the PL hideout sports it!

Looking at the other PL NPC's it looks we still need a Pirate Legend tattoo that Legendary Louise shows off

I have never seen a concept for the full outfit but it definitely looks similar; the gloves and the belt on the skeleton next to it look like they could related as well!

Now that the Courage of Captaincy set has been released. I remembered the belt that was on the skeleton next to the one in Captains of the Damned tall tale did not match the one that was released with the set. So when I went back to see why it was different I realized it is because that belt already belongs to the Golden Banana Set......

Man would this have been perfect for the full Courage set or what?

on a side note, Rare bring back the Quest for the Golden Bananas or something similar so some of us get another chance at this set!! Only 1 crew has this set and they probably don't even play the game anymore!

I can't say they ignore it because we have had Rare acknowledge this post in the past and comment; but I wouldn't say they are checking back on a regular basis for ideas lol

But I wouldn't be opposed if they came to me on the DL for cosmetic references.....I would let them have all the credit!

I’ve looked through every sniper and non of them had the same colour and looks

@butterfinger750 It's not just the Eye of Reach, it's the hairstyle too and I believe it's one of those that are collecting dust in the files since 2018. Man, they use those cosmetics a lot but they just refuse to give them to us, I just can't understand why.

I can happily confirm.....nope, not happening.

I can also confirm they still do play since a few months ago I asked for a picture of their sails

@triheadedmonkey since you’re here, is bringing back more seasonal cosmetics (Frostbite Clothes, PL Curse, Capstan of Candles) still something the team is actively working on? We haven’t had an official update on this in some time.

So far the only items to come back have been the Dice and Barrel Emotes and the Eastern Winds Jade Eye of Reach.

@voshell Yeah, that works too. As long as we get a scope less eye of reach I’ll be ok. Just the thought of that is so sick. Imagine a launch crew eor without a scope! Sick

@ambrossa I saw that a couple days ago on the wiki and was very confused haha, I've not seen mention of it whatsoever on any SoT social media accounts or anything.

One would think that they're destined for twitch drops, but the fact it has promotional art suggests otherwise to me.
Hope it's not bundled with some real-life purchase like the Ah, Coffee! emote 😒 Regardless, glad to see they're finally being added (maybe?) after all these years.
