Renew the Seaposts!

    It's been a while since I've been to a seapost that wasn't because I had to for a Merchant cargo shipment, and it's kinda disappointing. I'd like to see a little refresher to seaposts...

    In my mind I was thinking actually updating the stock of Seapost owners to hold new stuff, (especially for stuff like the Dark Adventurers), and at a slightly higher (noticeable) discount, because every time I've checked their stock it's always the same stuff from years ago with very little change to their price. Creating some more activity around Seaposts beyond the Hunter's call would be a nice little thing to bring around, and a good start would be to have the stock updated.

    It's a fairly simple idea, aye, so I'd like to hear anyone else's (non-Hunter's Call emissary) ideas to see how the Seaposts could become a regular rotation of locations to visit!

    true, their stock rarely holds stuff I haven’t bought yet. And I miss like 40% of all cosmetics

    I'd also love to see some improvements to these.

    Perhaps they could sell small bait boxes for doubloons? Five of each type for x amount of doubloons. I'd want there to be an in-game limit too though, to avoid people just stocking up loads, similar to the restrictions on resource crates from the Merchants.

    A wider range of cosmetics would definitely be nice, as you suggested.

    Maybe the introduction of some basic fishing missions, like the ones we had to do when there were circles near islands on a map, showing you where to find specific fish. Fish caught here, would be required to be returned to that specific Seapost and award their normal gold when turned in but also a small amount of doubloons, which you could then use for your bait box.

    True, that'd be a great way to get people coming back; add an unknown number of cosmetics only available at seaposts.
    I like that one.
