Barrel Hide Emote back in the next Event!

This is a great idea, but just fyi it's against the rules to ask for upvotes, so you might want to get rid of the last part. But as I said, good idea! It'll make it fair for new players that joined after season 2, and they said they'd bring everything from each season back at one point, so this would be the perfect time.

There are many months since season 2 was released, and we are already on Season 5, in all these months, it was enough time for Season 2 players to become Pirate Legend, Champion of Athenas Fortune, level up in everything, get almost all skins and quit the game because they got bored, so, like 2/10 people from Season 2 play the game actively in Season 5, that means that almost nobody has the Barrel Hide Emote anymore, and as Its good for stealth and its a cool emote that is being forgotten, it should come back.

Stop making such claims when you cannot provide any data backing this up.

Nonetheless the Barrle Hide Emote should be reintroduced via commendations/events (like you suggested), because it offers advantages in certain situations.

I have the barrel hide emote.

It is not useful for anything but silliness and crews that you wouldn't need it to hide from anyway.

That being said, I'm tired of everyone whining about how great it is and how unfair it is they don't have it. Bring it back soon lol.

Reasons for this emote to come back:

-There is a lot of time since it got released, a few players that got it still play the game activelly, because since Season 2 many people quitted

-so players left because they didn’t get a single emote….how sad and sorta weird to quit a game over an emote. I have friends and crew who don’t have it and still actively play.

-It's a cool emote, good for tucking and good to improve game stealth

And that be a reason why I don’t want it back. Too many players only want to improve on tucking instead of actual gameplay. That and sadly barrel hiding Isn’t the best. Sleep and curl into a ball are the best ones.

-Don't say it would dishonor the "hard work" the Season 2 players had to get it, it wasn't really hard to get as it was a Seasonal reward and all u had to do to get it was to play the game for a few days

Ha. If that was true. How come you here asking for it to come back. If it were so easy to get? XD

@killershotter31 the emote isnt the best for hiding and tucking. and many of us still play that have that emote.

If they bring it back, just put it in the emporium for 99 ancient coins.

If I had to guess as to how it will come back, there will probably be another "hiding" emote bundle added to the emporium, with the Barrel Hide emote being to free one from the bunch.

Though it's been a year since Season One, and so far none of those pass items have even returned, so you're probably going to have to wait quite a bit longer for a Seaon Two item x.x

if anything needs to come back its the legends curse…that is something everyone should have a chance to get…especially since there is a npc that is wearing it lol but sure bring the barrel emote back i dont care i dont use it lol

I love that everyone only calls for the best items from each season to be reintroduced.

If Rare honestly start handpicking the best items to bring back and leaving only the garbage exclusive to each Season, that's going to be really disappointing for all the people that actually, ya know, played the season.

I've played all the seasons to 100.
I really don't care. The seasons are the only thing bringing me back.

The non-season specific items were never going to be exclusive to the Seasons; I think a year is way too long for exclusivity (best and worst items both). The things from Season 1 should have been available in Season 3 at the latest IMO.

Yeah, either everything or nothing, don't need to drag putting out items from Season 2 into 2023 ...

I don't know what's based on this information that most of the people who played Season 2 gave up the game and that today almost no one else uses such an emote. I use it and I know a lot of people who do.
And after the new people get the emote, will they give up too?

Offer this emote to the pirate emporium, and let people buy it to give up the game later
