So basically, I used to play Sea of Thieves with a few friends about a year ago and recently I wanted to re-download the game to play it again. I had originally bought the game on the Microsoft Store, and when I went back to the Microsoft Store, the game was no longer there and I had to re-purchase the game to play. Basically, on the store, it showed up as if I had never had the game, when I had played it in the past. Can anyone help me with this?

@thoracicstew655 are you definitely logged in with the same account you bought it with? Only reason I can think of up front.
Might be worth getting in touch with Microsoft for help.

As stated above, this looks like a Microsoft Account/Gamertag issue.
You can check your purchases over on the Microsoft website, which will give you a clue if you are signed in with the right/same account as before.
