The ability to write out a message put it in a bottle leaving it at an outpost or anywhere a player on that server can find it it would be great for pvp meet ups or you can leave clues in them sending a player island to island till they find your loot or supply stash.

Promotes toxicity, as some very special people will start writing and 'drawing' all sorts of garbage.
Furthermore it's additional weight for them poor servers, which are even now barely pulling through.
