Sort of like an ashen winds event, you fight a boss with loads of hp, and uses cannons to attack you. Once you beat the boss he drops an item that once used is a cannon that you place, once its placed it stays there. simple you can use it for a cannon at the front of your ship or for double cannons on each side. it has no requirement for ammo, it provides its own cannons, and it can only shoot cannon balls. it only has 50 cannon balls and when it's gone it's gone

no thank you if you can put a cannon on ones ship one should be able to use it manually and it could be exploited but placing the cannon (gun) on an outpost just the steal loot and that's not very fair because not everyone would have it at the same time

I'm hoping that when we eventually fight Wanda she utilises her cursed cannonballs as attacks in some fashion (whether that be throwing them like the Ashen Lord boulders or some other method).

Well... I have on one of my more... weeps from effort I put in getting ignored ... well made threads talking about improving the PvE events with some "crazy" stuff if they're left alone. Why not make a crazy reward like a cannon like that? This is meant to be a literal end-the-server thing that could happen. So reward the pirate...
