Everytime that i am sailing and approaching an island (speacially big ones) and the game has to load the textures of it, the game stutters for a brief moment and then goes back to normal. I think its breaking the immersion of the game and cant find a solution anywhere.
My pc runs it very smoothly with a constant 120-140fps on Mythical settings, with the exception of those loading moments.
Please, is it a common issue with the pc versions?
Could you guys help me troubleshooting it?
My rig:
Ryzen 7 2700x 4.0ghz
Geforce Rtx 2060 6gb
16gb ram 3000mhz on dual channel
Having stutters everytime i am approaching an island
I had this problem because I was playin in windowed mode. Make sure you are playing full screen. If that isn't the problem try playing with the graphics turned down and see if there is a stutter. If the stutter disappears when playing on lower graphics then you have at least narrowed down the possible cause of the problem.
