Lots of players like to tuck on other ships. It can be quite fun Sneaking around on somebody's ship.

However I also like to dress nice with some very flashy and bright gear.

It would be nice to have a costume I could wear similar the reapers outfit except without any of the gold, or bright gold masks.

Reason being, I can simply wear it over my current outfit instead of having to re-dress each time.
Especially if you like to mix and match clothing it can be a slight niggle of inconvenience.

It's not too bad, but it would be nice to have a costume that's pretty dark and quite easy to look past.

you know what the reapers sort of reminds me of Edward kenways outfit and yes I agree although I never tuck

Any idea that encourages tucking and any idea that would “improve” tucking is a big no for me.

I’m tired of wasting blunderbombs below deck just to get them out. Like a bunch of rats in the basement.

Being able to create our own costume presets would be so nice.

No, costumes are horrible. A better solution would be to allow us to save our own outfits and just pick from among them.

A dark costume isn't going to cause the world to start Tucking. Don't be ridiculous. Besides, hiding on enemy ships is fun. More fun than having the same encounter over and over again.

@neon-ic0n Nobody is forcing you to wear one.

I only suggested a dark costume due to the ability to take it off instantly without having to re dress my entire character.

Setting outfits as a favourite would just as good.

I disagree. It's just extra cosmetic options.

They’re optional, you aren’t forced to have a costume.

But they aren't only adding costumes though are they?
They are adding costumes and new cosmetics.

I find it very strange why you turn your nose up at new cosmetics in a cosmetic rewarded game.

But whatever, my point still stands.
You haven't persuaded me that this idea I made isn't a good one.

My main issue with costumes (and people that like them) is that if they weren't costumes it would not effect anyone at all. It would benefit everyone actually. Like the look of the Gold Hoarder costume? Well just equip all the cosmetics separately. Only like some of the parts of the costume, just equip the ones you like! It's a win win for everyone if they aren't full costumes. Sure, it might take a little longer to put them on and off, but I think that's worth it if it means that we get individual pieces.

@faceyourdemon Best thing would be to add a way to favourite outfits for quick equip.

@expsnailer I'd wear the merchant outfit all day long but I don't want a peg leg. I like to have a pirate without any physical mutilation 😂
