As I’m sure many pirate legends will agree, the athenas fortune needs to be updated. The grind to get to it is lengthy, and I feel that after the initial couple of weeks of happiness for unlocking new cool cosmetics, you realize that every pirate legend is using them and that your voyages are just the old ones mixed together. My proposal is, firstly: add more voyages such as thieves haven runs, and add more athenas loot. This would make pirate legend feel fresh and new. Secondly I think we need a lot more cosmetics, or a way to customize cosmetics because all pirate legends look the same and it’s boring. And lastly I think we need new features (not pay to win) but just simple things like sailing out of the hideout, naming your ship etc.
Athenas fortune update?
@isaacmarteen13 I used the pl cosmetics for maybe a week. same with the full suit of ghost gear. then I took it off because I thought they were lame and uninspired.
@isaacmarteen13 when I got them there were not alot of people wearing them. the legend clothing has been boxed up for over 2 years
@isaacmarteen13 PL used to take months, you know? It only takes a few weeks, now, at it's least. It's not as lofty of a title now, it's more of a title to show you've got a fair bit of time on the game.
Not that I don't want new cosmetics, sign me up please, but there's already more than enough. To say all pirate legends look the same is downright wrong. I don't even use legendary outfits. I use custom mixes of different sets to match colors and create a theme. People need to be more creative and use the tools they're given.
The reason I don't flaunt my Legendyness is simply bevause I don't find it impressive anymore. I show off stuff that, to me, looks unique and is tough to earn, or old from evemts based on the present, eg. Triumphant Sea Dog Title, Bone Crusher Hat, etc.
