This has been a huge problem since it was created. Pc players cannot but Ancient Coins. If we do buy them on the Microsoft store it is simply a waste of money. I have probably been waiting half a year or so for my ancient coins that I wasted $15 for to actually come into my account. I had uninstalled and reinstalled the game as well and when I looked back at the Microsoft store it just didn’t even display what I had bought. The reason I’m putting this here is because I’ve put it everywhere else and NO ONE has done or said anything about it. Please fix this huge problem for pc players and maybe we would buy more of your products. I don’t want to search for 5 hours for an Ancient Skeleton and get nothing. Or fish for 3 days and only get 150 ancient coins, not even enough to buy a pet.

@leona-bluesteel what account on the microsoft store? what account are you signed onto with the xbox store?
I'm on Xbox and had similar issues for a time. I contacted support.seaofthieves.com with my proof of purchase and they credited my account.
@rishanji I’m on pc as well. I have seen many complaints on the Microsoft store about pc players unable to gain the coins. When did you buy the coins? As I said it had been a while back.

When you make the purchase, you can find proof of it in your Microsoft Account Order History, since, even on PC, it still runs through Microsoft's services. Just go to Xbox.com and sign in using your account info. From there, you can access your account's order history and take a screenshot of it to give to Rare as proof of your order.
@leona-bluesteel i am on pc and i have purchased Ancient coins multiple times once right at the beginning when they where first introduced and a couple of times later on.
Just put in a support ticket like @Galactic-Geek said and it will be acredited to you
Also proof of purchase are on both your microsoft account (its on their servers you cannot uninstall that) and on your selected payment method (bank transfer or paypal or whatever)
@leona-bluesteel the account that owns the game needs to be signed into the microsoft store to play. However the account signed into the xbox app can be different. The coins will be linked to the account on the store, which is not necessarily the account logged into the xbox app.
