When will Obsidian/Black dog/Ebon/Midnight stuff be available to the public?

I hope not. It it for those that pre-ordered Sea of Thieves, purchased chips Ahoy cookies and watched Sea of Thieves streams.

Watch the Rare weekly live stream. They give out 9 codes for the obsidian 6 pack every week. Many SoT streamers have started giving the codes away as well.

As for the black dog set (hat, jacket, pants, boots, eyepatch, pegleg, cutlass, hurdy gurdy, concertina) That was a pre-order bonus as stated above.

The ebon flintlock has been given away twice (afaik) for linking your microsoft account to mixer, then watching a specific stream from rare on mixer. This could potentially be offered again. Stay tuned to the SoT twitter because they'll tweet about it some days before they go live.

The midnight blinderbuss is arguably the toughest of the lot. It was given as a code for buying the SoT external SSD. There may be one code floating aroind on ebay for like $300 USD. This item will likely never be offered again.
