Sea Of Thieves Stat tracker

  • I've thought for a while about a stat tracker for sea of thieves. It would be cool to see stats such as Chests sold, Skulls sold, crates sold and so forth. It would, in a sense, be a way for other people to see your commendations and for me it would be useful in finding a crew who know the game well.

    Stats may include things like:

    • Megs Killed
    • Time Played
    • Voyages complete
    • Skeleton ships sunk
    • Enemy ships sunk
    • Enemy pirates killed
    • Cargo Runs Delivered

As well as all your Levels and unlocked commendations. This may be hard to do creating it at this point in the games release but it certainly would be cool. What do my fellow pirates think?

I think to a shallow degree commendations, titles and reputation levels all serve this purpose. An upgrade into a fully fledged progress menu would be a nice addition and could fit really well into the current UI of Bilge Rats, Hoarders etc.

  • No cos as stats go iv got 28 wood crates n megs to kill n iv done all 5 things so far
    Bilge rat adventures
    Gold hoarders
    Oos
    Athena ranked 10 (95%) done
    Mercenarys

This doesnt mean im a better pirate than someone whos just become legend i think they should be away of them putting in somthing tgo where if u have already handeded 500 animals in you shouldnt have to do it again for a title or commendations

  • There's already Titles that players can display to show their "proudest" accomplishments in-game.

Then, of course, there's cosmetic options limited to Level.

But basically I don't like your idea because it infringes on privacy. What I have done in the game is my business. As things stand a Pirate Legend Athena 10 can walk undetected among the "masses" in anonymity should he or she choose so to do. And I like that.

True, but it's a nice little bonus and as we've seen from the 'SoT 1st Year in numbers' - they have the data (though perhaps not individually). It should not be used as a skill gauge - more an experience gauge (perhaps option to make private or public as well).

  • @generalbuckfoi giving everyones stats just relates back to the power trip im the captain do as i say iv done more stuff than you status of people lol just like we all got when people started hitting legend status but i dunno maybe the captains quarters could have a book of crew members stats but dont think it would work for open crew as everyone comes and gos free willingly

  • @chris-houlden

The option to private/public would be essential. Or perhaps you are the only one who can see your stats in game (just to see how far you've come) and titles retain their value.

  • @generalbuckfoi that sounds good

  • Hi guys what’s up

  • I also wish they’d add the option to see how much time your spent on the game

  • Totally agreed they should do like how gta games track aspects of ur playing, since ghe game already differentiates between some things getting cashed in after stealing vs completimg the voyage for it and various other pirate activities

  • you can see your stats in the official club on xbox live (app)under statistics for oos skulls ,merchant stuff and gold hoarder chests

  • I'm not a numbers guy.

If a bunch of pirates are just standing around, checking each others stats, looking at Epeens, my first thoughts are about finding a powder keg.

If your an exceptional pirate, it should readily be apparent.

I don't care for your stats.
Not sorry I don't care for my own stats either.
