I'm just wondering if maybe they are glitched like the ammo crate or they are really rare. If they are rare then they should be toned down.
I looked for Rag and Bone Crates for an hour and didn't find any.
Supposedly they wash ashore from time to time. Not sure how true that is, or if their spawns are broken, or what. I think the seaposts should sell the voyages for them, at the very least.

I still have a full set of quests for those crates. Will get around to them and my guided athenas too one day I guess 😉
I have seen two washed up since the update, both were out of date.Yeah, I did some of the voyages recently...
The Shipwreck Bay ones will work but all the crates will be out of date. You get 250 gold for each though and they still count to commendations.
Seapost To Seapost Voyage didn't work for me, it wouldn't let me collect a crate.
@schwammlgott the exactly the same thing I saw. I had consered dropping it at a seapost so someone could get a stolen crate but that's about it.
