What we have here, of course are a couple of stats, but no real information. But, then, we would not really expect Rare to tell us how many pets in total were bought, would we?

@musicmee So Rare can see the pet names? I'll bet that was a hillarious job going through them. I wonder what the funniest ones were. They should do a Crufts so we can get a look at the owners to see if they look like their pets. Call it Scrufts.

Brenda Lee's comin' on strong@musicmee I hope for maybe a rare "dragon fruit" that when fed to pet, it boosts the pet to go into "beast mode" and chase or distract skellies; maybe even distract other players; instead of me when I get spooked as I hear someone coming up on me just to find it's my happy-go-lucky critter.

I think you didn’t understand! 98% of all ppl who bought Ancient Coins spent „SOME“ on Pets, that doesn’t mean they bought nothing else with Ancient Coins!
@wilbymagicbear Very unlikely since these data would only be used to feed the fires and upset people. The Pet data is harmless, your suggested topics would have people rioting if the figures are not to their liking.
Weapon use/kill rate - OMG dat weapon is so OP that's why everyone uses it!
Player counts - This game is so death!
PC vs XBOX - Would be used by people who want to separate the platforms, either "See PC have enough players to make a hard opt-out viable" or "See this is why PC people can't find any arena games anymore"
PC vs XBOX KD - Again some people will riot, either XBOX users are right and PC seem to have a advantage or they implemented the Opt-out for nothing.

I named my bird Capn Flint, after the parrot/pirate in Treasure Island. Someone on another crew noticed and said "You stole my idea, I was going to name all my pets after characters in Borderlands..."

Yeah, that's the idea. Information for our arguments. Awnsers to our most hotly debated topics. Isn't Rare supposed to be transparent?
