Hello everyone.
I am unsure if anyone posted about this in the past, but i think this is an intriguing way to approach the game, save for anyone to say otherwise of course.
You are sailing along, in another biome, when you come across a stretch of ships, mangled, ravaged, destroyed. Some on the verge of sinking, others just below the water line. It is a ominous sight. It would be roughly the space of Tribute Peak, just a huge stretch of used space. A testament to the pirates life. But, the overview ends there. Players can sail through the ship but with caution, slow, maybe quarter sail on one mast only. Players can also explore some of the ships, but have the region filled with shadows that pass by, like the fog where the sounds trip up the players. Makes you hear things. But this, you SEE things, and not just your own shadow. But theres no one moving except you. While still traveling, players could find big ships, small ships, but there are some that hold the key to what happened here. Specific ships that have either journals or diaries, or even extremely old castaways that survived. And in fact, if this passes muster, i would be more than happy to explain this process. Lending my creative hand as it were. But of course, I wonder if anyone else had brought this to the forefront in the past, I think this would be a good idea, because for any new biomes that could be brought to the game, this is an area that could bring new perspectives on how to play the game. Close quarter PVP, use for the ships to hide, etc. But again, I do hope someone high up responds to me about this
Thank you very much
