I operate the first KFC on the seas and I only sell chicken. Grog is free of course and we have bottomless bananas. Chicken prices can cost around an arm and a leg, but we do give away a free peg leg with a purchase of barrel of chicken. If we find each other on the seas, just know I have the best chicken out there.

@musicmee We will be forced to change the name anyway. Apparently the name KFC is copyrighted. What an outrageous thing! I do think the name Colonel Sloopers is a very fitting name for my Establishment.
I'll have you know I've been prepping for a KFC ship since Tech Alpha.
I've definitely also been operating a KFC ship from time to time. I used to cook there for years, and SoT has dragged me right back in. As we used to say at KFC "You never outrun the Colonel."
Maybe we should franchise. We could be rich.

Well if the merchant trader would support it it could work. Post your offer at the merchant trader and deliver the goods then someone else can pick up on this offer at the merchant trader and trade the requested goods its prety simple really if theres a marketplace or seapost supporting a trade system...

Not a bad idea, but i'd like to make it more personal and trade from Pirate to Pirate.
This would be dangerous like Alliances, but it would lead to player interactions and maybe some are friendly and just slightly RPing.@bugaboo-bill
Personal is fun but this is sea of trolls im afraid.. they even shoot when i give them loot for free.. i think only market trade could work.
People can offer the fish for cash and others can buy it, offer food, offer crates of supplies for cash etc and on the market others can pick up the offer at any seapost or outpost trader.. i would love this little economy

I know i know and you are right.
I'm around since technical alpha and there also were slightly different times and i'm sometimes trying to turn the ship around a bit and over time the community will be more diverse and less "toxic" and aggressive in general.
Before summer 2018 it really was "friend or foe?" and i had not that many allies who betrayed or players KoS.
It became worse and worse and today there is no trust anymore only agression and as you said even if you gift someone something they wont trust and shoot you.It's ok, but also a little bit sad.
I'm not allways a friendly Pirate and i also rob others, KoS sometimes and all that, but i can also be very nice and friendly and never intend to kill or steal from you.
Rare need to be carefull with the community and who they want to attract.
Recently they for sure developed the game more pvp focussed and attracted more aggressive players.Nothing wrong about that, the seas some time ago were too friendly, but now it's the opposite.
If we meet in the middle and have it average as it need to be for a pvpve mode all is fine.
