Anyone else still missing 1 year Pirate Legend cosmetics?

    I hit Pirate Legend 15 minutes before they took the servers down for the Hungering Deep update. Still no year 1 Pirate Legend exclusive cosmetics (hurdy gurdy, tankard, sails, hull, figurehead). What gives Rare? I've seen lots of other pirates sailing around with them, but somehow I get missed?

    i hit PL last year and received nothing, i am certain it will be remedied tomorrow. so i have seen around the forums.

    Same issue as you. I hit PL 10 minutes before server shutdown and also don't have the rewards yet, but they said we would receive them on march 25th at last, so i would wait till tomorrow and if you still don't have them create a ticket.

    Same here PL level 10 and have not gotten any of the rewards. Neither do the insider rewards work.

    Same didnt receive the most of it just the sword. Everything else is missing.. all friends of mine got all of it and they hit legend long time after me. kinda annoying

    Same. still missing. Reached pirate legend a long time ago. Currently not at my PC to find the exact time but it should show on the achievement.

    still nothing ...
    somehow i knew and told all my friends who got their items :
    "I won't get them, even on Monday and it will end in endless back&forth with Support"

    i hate it when i am right ...

    Best thing to do is open a ticket and keep it open until you get your items. If support responds and closes your ticket but you haven't gotten your items yet, reply to re-open it. If the ticket continues to stay open long enough the matter will get bumped up the chain of command until eventually someone will take care of you just to so that ticket won't be a blotch on customer support's performance metrics. Stay polite and helpful, but also remain persistent.

    Unable to hit their initial timeframe, as well as the backup timeframe..
