Now that this new campaign forces cooperation between crews in order to finish, what if let's say you stop at an outpost and put up a looking for friendly crew partnership flyer, and it includes the gamer tags and current levels in trading companies of each player in your crew. When another crew spawns in to a tavern, they can check the posting board for a crew they might want to cooperate with, and if that crew votes to join another crew, they effectively become one crew with two ships. Gamer tags in friendly crew turn from white to blue.
There are a lot of forum type places to go and find like minded pirates to crew up with, but there is no way to look for other crews to work with, since there's no way to guarantee they'd end up in your server with you.
Given that this limited campaign absolutely forces us to work with another crew to get the limited rewards, there should be a better way to find another crew willing to help, instead of just waiting around for a ship to show up, which can sometimes be hours, and then banking on the 10% chance they'll be cooperative.
I'm sure there would be problems caused by what I have suggested, but how do you think it could be handled/balanced so as to maximize everyone's enjoyment of the new content campaign?
