Greetings, y'all! Been playing Sea of Thieves for a little over a year now, and have been having a blast falling in love with it over the past 13-14 months.
As a PS5 player, I was wondering if anyone else is also on PS5 and unable to obtain the Rare Ruby Hat?
I did my punch card, got my code, activated said code, and got the confirmation that the code successfully went through. However, upon logging into sea of thieves, the hat is mysteriously missing from my clothing chest. Is this a bug, or do PS5 players not get a chance to obtain this peice for the time being?
A similar thing happened last year with the Trolly gummy codes. I obtained the code for my obsidian Wheel or Capstan, whichever it was, only to discover it missing from my ship customization chest. While I didnt mind missing out on the obsidian ship peice, this hat is a lot more depressing to miss out on, as I had to actually put in the time to use Bing have been diligently waiting for the hat code in my email, only to discover it was sent to my Microsoft rewards tab.
Does anyone know a solution to this, or am I simply out of luck due to my platform of choice? Any information would be very much appreciated!!
