Treasure not popping up after doing a treasury

I did the Treasury of Sunken Sorrow with my friend and after we got it done we did everything as usual. We loaded all the treasure into the mermaid statue including the emerald breath of the sea. When we went to collect it the mermaid never popped up for us to collect the treasure. This isn't the only time that I have had issues. On High Seas on the main Sea of Thieves, my friends and I did the skeleton fleet but the treasure never came up from any of the sunken skeleton ships. We also had an issue with a reaper galleon that sunk us. One minute they weren't there the next second they were. I was even watching the island and the map. There were no reapers showing on the map.
