Who here is spending all their doubloons on letters of recommendation while it's still unlimited or saving them for the black market?
Doubloons Spending or Saving?
@t-degennaro3106 i personally have never and will never spend a single doubloon on leveling up, but leveling up whilst keeping a stable supply of doubloons has never been easier then this months event and the introduction of the reapers chest.
I went from 1072 doubloons to 1942 doubloons even with spending on the voyages and cosmetics (never missed a single one) thats about 1000 doubloons earned (including all the expendature this month) that i earned so far with about two weeks to go and having the events commendations fully completed.

I spent most of mine to finish up souls. Wish I did that for merchant alliance instead... I still think once per week would be a big enough nerf to letters.@blazedrake100
Well the merchant company is perhaps the easiest and fastest to level up. When i leveled it up (long time ago) i did golden animal runs, chickens if possible. Thats fast and returns a nice profit... on the other hand the "new" cargo delivery missions are quite good for leveling up as well.@ghostfire1981
I know it's easy, I just don't like merchant voyages. Mermaid gems are my friends nowI've been saving them since they were introduced. I have a whole bunch. I've become like a Greedy Dragon sitting on a ever growing pile of treasure. I'd rather die than lose a single Doubloon. They will go with me to my grave.

Some day Rare is going to come out with a Flying Ship that shoots Lazers and it's going to cost 10,000 Doubloons and I will buy it and destroy you all.... HAHAHAHAHAHHA!

@t-degennaro3106 I will maybe buy the last 2 or 3 ranks in hunters call, but first I wanna get all the fish up to rank 5...if I'm lvl 50 by then, it's ok...
I don't know if I would have bought ranks, as I was already PL when they introduced doubloons...
