I have yet to receive mine. I contacted xbox and they told me rare was responsible for the codes so here I am!
Founders sail and title
Codes are in the MS store, you can access either via web or xbox game store through the xbox. once you activate the code, you should see it in inventory after a little bit of time.
@thecatzm3ow Hey matey, I can see that you don't have the Founders badge under your name - suggesting you didn't sign up to be an insider and get selected to play the Alpha before Dec 1st? If that's the case I'm afraid you're not eligible for the sales.
I've heard some emails were sent out by mistake to non-founders, you may be one of them I'm afraid. Might be worth raising a support ticket with Rare to confirm though.
@luciansanchez82 i was just gonna say i dont even have the founders badge but i did get the email. i raised a ticket with rare and nothing. here's the email
@thecatzm3ow You seem to be missing something - The Founder title in the forums here. Rare had sent them to all Founder title members in Late March (if my memory is correct) via an Xbox Message. You would then redeem the code via the Xbox Store.
The key thing is that you don't have that Founder title, so you probably were not given a code. In order to be a "Founder", you had to have signed up and played the technical Alpha(s) before the end of December 2017. Closed Beta, January 2018 or Stress Tests, did not earn you the "Founder" title. I am not a deckhand, but based on your title here, you did not accomplish the "quest" to earn those items.
There was an email sent out to a group of people on a mailing list, which later came with a retraction. You can submit a ticket, but to date, I am not sure anyone who is not an official founder has recieved a code. Although Ebay does have quite a few of them up for sale.

I got one of the emails and started at beta!
They didnt say you had to be Alpha.
Not a good way to keep customers if this was an error in Rare to send out to players who will never see them.
Bad PR.
Since I have yet to receive my "Founder" sails and title i am guessing i am one of those errors! Little holes sink ships fast.
I sebt them an email inquirering about the founder email weeks ago and have heard nothing! This might explain why.

@jondeus Meh, I have gotten incorrect emails before, they didn't bother me. If I knew I didn't meet the requirements I just blow it off.
@a-super-kami Are you PC or Xbox?
If PC, Check the Xbox App and look in Messages from Xbox Live. They would have been through that system.
If Xbox, same thing, look in Messages from Xbox Live.
The message was sent out towards the end of March and beginning of April.
