Crooked Masts help on last part of the riddle

Ok so I’ve been on crooked masts for hours trying to figure out the last part of the riddle “at the tale of the storm painted on the north rocks prove your worth 6 paces east are you ready to break the earth” I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do I’ve tried walking 6 paces east from where I found the long tenticale but either I’m doing it wrong or I’m not understanding it so if u can please help that would be great
