Change hair colour as well as style

When I chose my character, he had nothing but a little shadow of stubble going on and I liked his style, so I chose him. Went to buy some new hair and a some mutton chops for him and realised he has dark hair (even though the thumbnails show blonde hair) and I can't seem to change it. This makes me sad, I want blonde hair. Surely that wouldn't be too difficult to put in place.
